I offer a variety of freelance literary services. I have a range of experience working with various authors and literary enterprises. My work has been published in The Edinburgh Student Literary Journal and The Broad Online. I have created multiple programmes, both print and digital, for The Portobello Book Festival. I have managed outreach and social media marketing for the Edinburgh Women's Fiction Festival, Ringwood Publishing, and Cert Scotland as well as multiple authors. I have attended The Edinburgh Book Festival with press accreditation since 2024. I am credited as an editor for Finding Greyfriars Bobby by Dave Hunter and on the Cert Scotland Stealthing Teaching Pack.

Editing & Manuscript Review
Full read through of a manuscript with intext notes. A final review document with initial impressions and recommendations. Manuscript feedback will be completed in five working days.
£200 (Manuscripts over 100,000 words will be an additional £30/h)

Proofreading & Copyediting
Proofreading and/or copyediting of any text including manuscripts, articles, external communications, press releases, author information sheets and any other copy you require support with. I have experience reviewing fiction, non-fiction, documents for internal and external use, programmes, adverts and pitch documents.
£30/hr

Outreach & Marketing
Tailored to your needs and goals. Creating graphics and content for social media, print, web advertising, posters etc. Outreach to improve visibility such as pursuing author events and supporting indie authors with improved book sales via independent bookshops and other retail opportunities. Open to discussing any other required outreach.
£25/h with all tasks tracked and time accounted for
